With millions of transactions occurring globally, the Digital Directory provides the extended DY team and their accounts with instant access to the products, data, and information they need.
David Yurman has been an innovative jewelry designer for over 25 years;
Accordingly, their inventory includes more than 25,000 different items across their various collections.
When David Yurman required business solutions to improve the internal workflow for the employee and customer experience, they teamed up with BOSS Logics.
To provide the sophisticated solutions the DY team required as efficiently as possible, we integrated the BOSS Logics platform with David Yurman’s various systems to ensure that data is always accurate and secure.
We then developed a digital catalog solution (which DY calls the Digital Directory) that allowed all sales teams to search, organize, and make corresponding collection suggestions.
The solution was also designed to be mobile responsive so the DY team could use the Digital Directory on tablets, enabling them to access products on the sales floor while interacting with the customers.
